The Ministry of Interior´s Report informs us of the "Balance of Crime in 2009". In Spain houses are burglared every minute.

The Report informs us of the figures of the evolution of crime for the full year 2009 and have been known and recorded by the National Police and Guardia Civil in their respective territorial and juisdictional areas.

The Report shows that 11.3 of the Spanish agree that insecurity is the main problem in Spain although our country is below the average crime rate in EU.

The rate of violent robberies in homes presents a slight decrease in relation with data from 2008, reaching 36.4 per 10.000 inhabitants compared to 37.1 recorded in 2008.
