Eurosegur: Certified Quality

EUROSEGUR quality is certified by CIDEMCO Technology Research Center. Their doors have past the hardest and most stringent tests, exceeding real circumstances.

Burglary

Burglary Resistance: UNE-ENV-1627/1628/1629/1630

European Regulation Standards classify a security door resistance against attack from grade categories 1 to 6. Classifying grade 1 as the least resistant and grade 6 as the most strength resistant against attack.

Since 2003 EUROSEGUR steel armoured  doors have obtained GRADE 5 category in resistance against attack in every range (except Start and Alba ranges).

EUROSEGUR is the first Spanish Company with Grade 5 in all their security steel armoured doors. This Norm is not obligatory in Spain (currently). But EUROSEGUR thinks that clients must know how to secure their doors when purchasing the door which best meet their needs.

Fire

Fire Resistance: UNE-EN 1634-1:2000

European Regulations classify doors resistance against fire. EUROSEGUR  Alba range has obtained EI230C5, 30 minutes fire resistant.

Durability

Resistance to continuous opening and closing: UNE-EN 1191:2000

EUROSEGUR Alba Range fireproof doors and locks have a durability of 200,000 cycles (this result, although is not certified, can be applied to all the other ranges).

Air Tight

Air Permeability : Testing UNE-EN 1026:2000

CLASS C3 (frame 105x45)

The European Regulations classify doors from Class 1 to Class 4. A door with Class 4 is air tighter.

Wind Resistance

Wind Permeability: Testing UNE-EN 12211:2000

CLASS C4 (Frame 105x45)

The European Regulation classify class C1 to C5. Being Class C5 the most resistant to wind.

Noise

Acoustic Insulation: Testing UNE-EN ISO 140-3:1995

35 dB-38 dB (Frame 105x45)

EUROSEGUR Steel Armoured Doors standard frame is 105x45, with a 35 dB reduction can reach up to 38 dB (optional), which is excellent for noise reduction from the exterior.

Thermal Insulation

Thermal Insulation: Testing UNE-EN ISO 10077:2:200

Armoured Door Panel: 2,1 W/m2K (Frame 105x45)

EUROSEGUR door panel with frame 105x45  presents a heat transfer coefficient of 2.1 W / m2K. This shows a good thermal insulation condition for this door. The CTE in its "Basic Document HE" states that the maximum value allowed  for glass enclousures and frames should be up to 3.10 W / m2K. The value obtained here is only just below it.

CE Marking

CE Marking for windows and exterior doors: Testing UNE-EN 14351-1

CE marking is obligatory for Technical Product Declaration when marketing a product within the European Community. It is compulsory for exterior doors of public use from February 2010 .

EUROSEGUR armoured doors contribute to make spaces more comfortable. They act as a barrier against air, water and wind and protect spaces from noise and cold.
